Do you offer pickup and delivery?

Yes! Jenny’s Laundry Co. offers convenient pickup and delivery to make laundry effortless.

Pickup and delivery are included in your service price unless otherwise noted.

 

What areas do you service?

We proudly serve Champaign–Urbana and surrounding communities within a 50-mile radius.

If you’re unsure whether your location is within our service area, feel free to reach out before booking — we’re happy to confirm.

 

What time is pickup and delivery?

We offer convenient pickup and delivery within the following service windows:

• Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:30 PM

• Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM

Once your order is scheduled, you’ll receive a text message with your personalized pickup and delivery time so you know exactly when to expect us.

 

How long does laundry take?

Turnaround time depends on the amount of laundry:

• 1–3 kitchen-size trash bags (or 1-2 Jenny's Laundry Co. Reusable Bags)
  → Typically completed within 24 hours
• 4 or more kitchen-size trash bags (or 3-4 Jenny's Laundry Co. Reusable Bags)
  → Typically completed within 48 hours

We’ll always communicate if something needs extra time.

 

What size bag do you use?

We base pricing on standard kitchen-size trash bags (approximately 13 gallons).

• 1 bag = 1 full kitchen-size trash bag
• Reusable Jenny’s Laundry Co. bags are roughly equivalent to 1–1.5 kitchen-size bags, depending on how they’re packed

Please avoid overstuffing bags, as this may affect pricing or turnaround time.

 

What detergent do you use?

By default, we wash laundry using a hypoallergenic, free & clear detergent.

You may also choose:

• Tide Original
• Your own detergent (provided at pickup)

Detergent preferences can be selected during booking.

What are Care Preferences?

Care Preferences allow you to customize how your laundry is handled. Options include:

• Detergent preference
• Scent boosters
• Jenny’s Signature Laundry Booster
• Bulky items

If no Care Preferences are selected, hypoallergenic detergent, Jenny's Laundry Booster, and No Scents will be used.

What is Jenny’s Signature Laundry Booster?

Jenny’s Signature Laundry Booster is a hand-mixed blend designed to help with odor control and freshness.

It is safe for most everyday laundry and is included by default unless you request otherwise.

If you prefer no booster, you can opt out in your care preferences.

 

What items are considered bulky?

Bulky items are priced separately and include:

• Comforters
• Large blankets
• Heavy coats
• Mattress pads
• Large rugs

These items require special handling and are not included in standard bag pricing.

 

Can I use reusable laundry bags?

Yes! Jenny’s Laundry Co. reusable bags are available and encouraged.

Jenny's Laundry Co Reusable bags:

• Help reduce waste
• Hold approximately 1–1.5 kitchen-size bags
• Make repeat laundry service easier to manage

Reusable bags are optional and can be added separately.

 

Do you offer subscriptions?

Yes we do!  Check out our weekly Laundry Plans.  

What happens if I have more laundry than expected?

If you have more bags than selected during booking, we’ll adjust the total accordingly and notify you before proceeding.

How do I prepare my laundry for pickup?

• Place laundry in kitchen-size trash bags or reusable laundry bags
• Tie bags securely
• Separate hang-dry or special-care items if needed
• Make sure care preferences are selected at booking
• Set laundry bags in designated laundry pick up area

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payments are handled securely through our online booking system at checkout.

 

What if I have special instructions?

You can add notes during booking or contact us directly if something needs extra attention. We’re always happy to help!
