What You Can Customize

🧺 Detergent Preference

Laundry is washed with a hypoallergenic detergent by default. You may upgrade to Tide Original or provide your own detergent at pickup.

🌸 Scent Options

Choose from available scent boosters or opt for no added fragrance at all.

✨ Jenny’s Signature Laundry Booster

Our in-house laundry booster is added to every load at no extra charge unless you request otherwise. This proprietary blend helps enhance freshness and cleaning power while remaining gentle on fabrics.

👕 Hang Dry Items

Let us know if you have items that need to be hang dried instead of machine dried. Simply select this option and include those items separately in your bag.

Good to Know

• Most laundry is washed on cold to protect fabrics and prevent shrinking
• Whites are handled separately when appropriate
• Care preferences apply to all bags in your order
• Bulky items (comforters, coats, etc.) are priced separately
